Why the Chemical Era Is Ending
This shift is not a marketing narrative, it is a regulatory reality. Between 2018 and 2022, 95 active substances lost their EU approval.
Since 2019, not a single new chemical active substance has been approved. What disappears is rarely replaced: developing a new synthetic molecule takes years and hundreds of millions of euros, while pathogens develop resistance faster than the industry can respond.
At the same time, the pressure has moved down the supply chain. Retail chains now set residue limits stricter than the law requires, and growers who cannot meet them lose access to the most profitable markets.
Add the tightening rules on copper and the spread of resistant pathogen strains, and the question is no longer whether biological protection will replace part of conventional programmes – but how quickly growers can make the switch without losing yield.
That is the gap our technology was built to fill.

Pythium oligandrum: The Triple-Action Upgrade to Traditional Chemistry
The core of the conference is our patented technology based on the soil microorganism Pythium oligandrum M1. Unlike standard chemicals that face growing pathogen resistance, our “Smart Fungus” acts as an active biological predator with a triple mode of action:

- Mycoparasitism (The Soil Hunt): It physically attacks and enzymatically degrades pathogenic molds
- Induced Resistance: it “trains” the plant’s immune system to defend itself against future stress.
- Growth Stimulation: Through the production of tryptamine, it actively stimulates root development and increases yields.
This technology is the definitive solution for the “Zero-Residue Gate” required by modern retail chains like Lidl or Port International, offering a 0-day pre-harvest interval and zero chemical residues.
The 3-Day Blueprint: From Labs to the Field
The conference is designed to reveal the heart of our vertically integrated production and scientific background:
Day 1: THE CORE | Presentations and field best practices, followed by a VIP tour of our laboratories in Úherce — where many partners saw Pythium oligandrum alive under a microscope for the first time. Dinner at Obecní dům in Prague closed the day.
